Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C and grease a small/individual ramekin
  2. Place all ingredients except for the choc chips (if using) into a food processor or high power blender and process until smooth
  3. Pour mixture into ramekin and fold in 1tbs choc chips. Sprinkle remaining 1tbs choc chips onto the top
  4. Bake for 20-25mins or until cooked through
  5. *You can also make this a day or two in advance and store in the fridge then simply re-heated in the microwave for 1min to warm through
