Directions

  1. Mash Banana in a bowl and add in all other ingredients except for the chocolate. Mix well and divide into 2 mugs or small ramekins.
  2. Place half the chocolate into the centre of one of the cakes and the other half into the second cake. This will make a gooey centre once cooked
  3. Bake at 180C for 12-14 mins or microwave for 2-2.5mins
  4. *make sure to use a tall mug if using the microwave to avoid the cakes spilling over *
