Healthy Rice Crispy Slice

Directions

  1. Toast rice puffs in oven at 200C (400F) for 5 mins until crisp. Allow to cool *optional*
  2. Melt coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter and cocoa powder together in the microwave in a large microwave safe bowl at 30sec intervals until all combined
  3. Stir in puffed rice and desiccated coconut
  4. Pour mixture into a small lined baking tray and spread evenly, pressing down firmly to compact it well
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set then cut into desired sized pieces.
