Melt coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter and cocoa powder together in the microwave in a large microwave safe bowl at 30sec intervals until all combined
Stir in puffed rice and desiccated coconut
Pour mixture into a small lined baking tray and spread evenly, pressing down firmly to compact it well
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set then cut into desired sized pieces.
