Middle Eastern Chicken Pilaf

Directions

  1. Add garlic oil into a pot and cook chicken until browned
  2. Once chicken is browned, add in carrot and potato and cook for 3-4 mins
  3. Add in the remaining vegetables along with the spices and cook for 2 mins until the spices are fragrant
  4. Next add in the rice, stir through and add in all remaining ingredients
  5. Bring pot to a boil and simmer with a lid on until rice is cooked through stirring occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking. Approx 20-30mins
  6. Once cooked, fluff gently with a fork and serve
