Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the olive oil and mix thoroughly
Allow mixture to sit for 5-10 mins until it thickens slightly and pre heat oven to 180C or 350F
Once mixture has thickened, heat olive oil in a frying pan
Scoop up mixture using a 1/2 measuring cup and shape into rounds in the pan. You should get x4 large Okonomyaki pancakes
Cook until both sides are golden brown then place onto a lined baking tray and cook at 180c for 6mins on one side then flip and cook for a further 4 mins
Serve with mayonnaise and BBQ sauce if tolerated
