Okonomiyaki

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the olive oil and mix thoroughly
  2. Allow mixture to sit for 5-10 mins until it thickens slightly and pre heat oven to 180C or 350F
  3. Once mixture has thickened, heat olive oil in a frying pan
  4. Scoop up mixture using a 1/2 measuring cup and shape into rounds in the pan. You should get x4 large Okonomyaki pancakes
  5. Cook until both sides are golden brown then place onto a lined baking tray and cook at 180c for 6mins on one side then flip and cook for a further 4 mins
  6. Serve with mayonnaise and BBQ sauce if tolerated
