Sesame Noodle Bowl

Directions

  1. Cook rice noodles as per package instructions and coat with half of the Tahini dressing. Keep the remaining dressing for later.
  2. Heat 1tsp extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add in diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
  3. Add in 2tsp Soy sauce and continue to cook until chicken is coated and no longer pink.
  4. To serve, divide dressed noodles, chicken, broccoli, edamame, carrot and chicken into 2 bowls and drizzle with remaining dressing,
  5. *Can be eaten hot or cold and made ahead of time.
  6. *Will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days
