Directions

  1. Drain excess liquid from Tofu by pressing down firmly with paper towel.
  2. Crumble Tofu with hands or with a fork.
  3. Heat Olive Oil and Garlic Oil in a pan and add in crumbled Tofu.
  4. Add in spices and plant milk of choice and cook for 3-5 until Tofu is heated through and cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve.
